SUSTAINABLE URBAN DRAINAGE SYSTEMS

Working with contractors we have extended our services to supply and install the top leading manufacturer’s modular cell systems.
Installation packages to include: encapsulation of modular cell systems in geotextile for soakaways, geomembranes for attenuation tanks, offering a comprehensive warranted service or supply only of membrane and geotextiles.
The recoginised material specification for the encapsulation and protection of the system is a 1mm ployprpylene liner, protected with a geotextile of a CBR 3kN puncture resistance. 
Keytec recognise that building on a flood plain or designing a new housing development where rainwater management is a necessity for planning.
In line with Building Regulations Approved Document H3- Rainwater Drainage, we offer the services to supply and install all Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS).

We are able to tailor our package to your development requirements supported by the manufacturers' design services.

Although Keytec Environmental Ltd do not advocate a 'Taped' System, a prefabricated package is available for self-installation. Package includes pre-welled panels, tape, top hats and geotextiles.
